Forgot Your Username or Password?

Non-Authorized Service Provider

If you have purchased a Non-Authorized Subscription plan within the last year and you need your username and password, please contact us and include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Order
  • Name of Service Company
  • Address of Service Company
  • Phone Number of Service Company

If your Non-Authorized Subscription plan has expired, please follow the instructions below to renew:

  1. Go to “ServiceMatters.com”
  2. Click on “Learn More and Apply”
  3. Go to “Non-Authorized Service Provider”
  4. Click “Subscribe Now” and follow the instructions

Authorized Service Provider

If you are an Authorized Service Provider and you are unsure of your username, please contact us. If you need to reset your password please follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit: https://access.whirlpool.com/wpass/wpass (or copy and paste the link into your browser)
  2. Enter your USERNAME and click “I forgot my password”
  3. An email will be sent to you with your USERNAME and TEMPORARY PASSWORD
  4. Visit: https://access.whirlpool.com/wpass/wpass (or copy and paste the link into your browser)
  5. Enter your USERNAME and TEMPORARY PASSWORD, and then click “Sign In”
  6. Enter “Your old password”, which is your TEMPORARY PASSWORD
  7. Enter a new password of your choice in the “Your new password” box
  8. Enter the new password again in the “Confirm new password” box
  9. Click “Change ALL my passwords”
